On Friday, I had my dr appt. Went in, sat for over an hour, and was told I am insulin resistant and have PCOS. Okay, so thats why I haven't gotten pregnant over the past two years! I'm on TriNessa and Metformin to correct the situation. Dr said if I have problems conceiving when we get ready to start trying again, I'll go on Clomid. We'll see when we get there - I refuse to worry about it right now. I've had enough worry. I'm just thinking about the now and getting my body healthy.
On to better news: We went to ATL over the weekend and had a blast. Took Noah to Atl Zoo, Stone Mountain, and to the GA Aquarium with my mother-in-law and father-in-law. It was so much fun! We even went to Olympic Park and watched a cool water show. We also rode the Marta train in Atl and that I will never do again. I thought I was going to lose my lunch! So scary! It was sad seeing so many homeless people with old food hidden in between buildings and on sidewalks. It made me want to save the world. Anyway, we had a fantastic time and we're very thankful to have spent that time with our family!
Was on the interstate with a migraine, puking my guts out - needless to say, I'm taking a few days and chilling. I haven't even unpacked the van. I'll get around to it. ha!

Ugh, Migraines suck... the only thing that helps me is complete silence in the dark... And yay for knowing why you haven't gotten preggers yet - I know you aren't really trying right now, but it's nice to know now :) I am sure you won't have a problem when you do decide to start trying again...
